Call for Scholarships for EU students
Academic year 2010/2011
The consortium of the European Master on Software Engineering (EMSE) offers scholarships for European students. Each scholarship is of 6,058 Euro for 2 years. Students must spend one of the two years foreseen by the program at the Free University of Bolzano‐Bozen (FUB). For 2010‐2012 the following scholarship are offered:
5 scholarships for attending the second year at FUB
The deadline for applications for year 2010/2011 is June 15, 2010. Applicants will be notified by email by the 15th August about
1. The admission to the program and \ or
2. The award of the scholarship
Eligibility
The scholarship will be awarded to European applicants that fulfil the requisites to access to the EMSE program, see (http://emse.fi.upm.es/).
Criteria
The scholarship will be awarded broadly on the basis of academic merit following the criteria of selection of the generic EMSE call http://emse.fi.upm.es/

The EMSE program
The Faculty of Computer Science of the Free University of Bolzano‐Bozen offers a European Master program on Software Engineering. EMSE is an international Erasmus Mundus program. This program is offered jointly at the Free‐University of Bozen‐Bolzano in Italy, the Technische Universität Kaiserslauter in Germany, the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid in Spain and the Blekinge Techniska Höskola in Sweden. Within this program students have the choice to study at two of the four European universities. Students will graduate with a MSc in Computer Science from each of the two universities you have selected. Language of instruction is English. Tuition fees for EU students are 2,250 EUR per year.
